An estimated 60,000 undocumented students graduate from high school each year and are routinely denied access to higher education. Instead, with U.S. military enlistment declining and rising casualties in Iraq and Afghanistan, the military targets these students to fight overseas – and gain citizenship in the process. A group of New York City high school students puts a new spin on an old theme and calls for justice.
