GREAT VIDEO!

I think this a great first step in deconstructing existing notions of what black masculinity is. But I still feel that it is important not to assert that masculinity can be (and/or should be) characterized as one thing. It does nothing to break down the essentialist notion that Men do certain things and Women do others. Had Hillary been the Nominee, would her actions in favor of the country have been WoManly? Feminist? Womanist? Or just Presidential?

Rather than do something because its what a real WOman or Man should do, why not do something because it is the right thing to do. That's progressive.
